Ordered 2 and both came dented, although still usable. Size is about 1cm smaller too. I had thought the stand is fixed on but it came separate. If not for the voucher discount, the overall quality just doesn’t justify the price

The base of the steamer looks like some durable stainless steel material with sufficient filter holes, allows permeable water for better steaming,but the 2 handles are a bit thin, I just wonder whether it can support heavy dish and more ingredients there, will update again after using. The small size is bigger than I expected.

Arrived protected in bubble wrap envelope. Has very minor dent which is almost not noticeable. Diameter is 24.5cm instead of the stated 25.5cm. Overall good deal. Recommended.

Delivered dent in many places, quality is too thin, base is another piece can easily be misplaced. Handle were slotted into the fine filter holes instead.

A bit rough on the outer side. I thought the stand was sealed onto the plate. It was a separate stand. Take a while to fix the handle. Overall, it is functional.

Both items were received with a dent, one of the item, the loop for the handle is broken, and I wanted to ask gor refund but on 2nd thoughts, they are still usable.

One of the slots to insert handle was too small to fit. Had to use a fork to widen the hole to slot handle in. \nPlate was scratched but doesn’t affect use , so I’m fine
