this is my second pair. provide good sound quality and nice design. changed to a smaller ear buds even though it comes with three pairs which are too big for me. hopefully this pair will have a longer life span than last one.

Simple and nice packaging, decent and nice audio quality without any distortion. Really a great product!

Good sound quality. Able to choose between default, bass and vocal. The cable is flat so don't tangle easily. Bass is not that heavy but acceptable.

2nd purchase for the same earpiece model. previously bought another JBL gaming wired earpiece but the mute button somehow got stuck after a few use and mic no longer works. what a disappointment. cheaper and traditional earpiece works better it seems.

sound quality is pretty good; clear mids and has a reasonable amount of bass. the flat cable is quite resistant to tangling. microphone picks up the voice quite clearly, along with a bit of ambient noise. guess in a audio conference in a quiet environment, it should perform well. not so confident that it will be as effective in a noisier environment as it will pick up more sounds from the surrounding
