The texture is spongy and full of holes, just like frozen tofu. There's almost no taste, not even the smooth and fatty sensation found in hi-fat cheeses. If you take a full mouthful, you will notice a faint and watery milky flavor, which quickly becomes nauseating if you eat too much in one go. TLDR: faintly milky frozen tofu.
