Ordered 14 yogurts. 10 arrived in good condition. Unfortunately 2 arrived damaged

Items was all mixed together and badly squashed. Good service recovery by redmart to compensate. The packing this time round definitely needs improvement. Most of the cold/ chilled items are not cold anymore during arrival. They have packed all the itemsw together regardless of the recommendation temperature stated on the individual items.
