Quite tender and delicious. Definitely nicer than the larger chicken breast meat. Good for fried rice and also in pasta.

Love that it comes in a sealed packet which is why I only buy chicken from this brand. I usually order extra and store them in the freezer right away. When I need one, just dunk it in a basin of water to thaw quickly. Can't stand the normal foam tray with cling wrap which tends to drips.
