Received very late than my stated time. Hope redmart is more mindful coz driver arrived nore than 1 hour after my delivery time.

Did not expect it to be so big and of this variety. Taste is average. Would not buy again.

Romaine lettuce tastes very nice when you put it inside the sandwich. It can be eaten raw. It also tastes nice when you stir fry or boil it. The price is affordable too. Recommended!

1st time buying and was disappointed as the delivery late by 1 hour and only inform 15mins before the due time.\nall items look fine but do not know how long i can keep as was under the hot sun the whole day ever thought the van is air conditioner.\nvery unsatisfy with the lemon and mint. all lemon are irregular size, 1 already rotten and 1 going to rotten. mint in “die” condition. can be see from the pictures attached.\nguess this is the first time also the last time….

Delivery was done before chosen time slot. Don’t know what’s the point of the time slot when it can arrive earlier than chosen? My cold items were just left outside my door, ice cream etc melted. Eggs broken, pasta sauce carton crushed, brownie flattened.

repeat orders, it used to be very fresh but today received one big lettuce with rotten bottom and leaf.

Redmart designated delivery personnel notified 15 minutes prior to delivery. \nThe lettuce are delivered in \"cool\" state compared to previous instance which was delivered \"warm\" (mostly likely van was parked under hot sun for a long time). \nRedmart packing and delivery teams need to drastically improve their consistency. Last few packing and delivery instances was terrible (everything was delivered warm including frozen items) causing most vegetable and meat to spoilt in just a few days. \nThe lettuce this time round are considered fresh! Like all vegetables, it taste awesome when delivered fresh!!!!

Quite pathetic. About a third of each of the 2 lettuces in the package had to be discarded as the leaves were wilted and brown at the edges. Not untypical of Redmart's produce, unfortunately.
