The veg comes today but it looks as though it was kept in my fridge for 3 days at least. Disappointing

Not good. Had to discard more than 1/3 due to yellow leaves and virus infection. Vegetables are always a hit and miss with RedMart.

The baby Cai Xin looks very green. It's a reasonable price like what is offered in supermarkets. The value is the delivery of the veggie directly to my doorstep and all nicely packed without blemishes. \nMy family likes the Cai Xin (young shoots) which can be easily chew. We usually blanch the veggie and add a little olive oil and a pinch of salt. Another favourite is to add into noodles or fried beehoon
