2nd purchase. disappointed this time. delivered at 3+pm 24/4 but the chicken thighs expire on 26/4. Got to rush to cook them while still fresh. didn't expect such short time to expiry. Will not buy more next time .

It was placed outside the gate for 1.5 hrs without any one sending notice or even ring the bell, call for collection. We have 4 pax at home, can't believe this happened again so the 3rd time! when received both packets already defrost cos they were not pack with dry ice, only kept in normal supermarket plastic bag. so no choice as to immediately cook the chicken. please improve on your packing. fortunately the chickens taste good.

It was an hour earlier than my selected hours., luckily I was home. Well received and products were properly wrapped.

As I didn’t receive any notification ( despite I did request)about the arrival. My pack of chicken came defrost when I received it outside my doorstep.

The chicken thighs came late in the evening and will be expiring the very next day. I called Redmart and the customer service was quick to do a refund in view that the seller had claimed to have a 3 days freshness. Redmart was quick to respond with a satisfactory action. Kudos to Redmart, and thanks!

These chicken thighs are fresh and reasonably priced but they always come with back bone and blood pieces.
