just got the detergent delivered. Was wrapped in a bag for leakage protection. Detergent leaked in the bag and covered the jug. Best to deliver the jugs standing up. I had 3 jugs each individual bagged. One leaked. Better to have the right box foe the right items.

But must one piece of advice to RedMart is that they must ensure the cap if the bottle is fully tight , otherwise it will leak if not pack n handle properly just like my case . But RedMart is very good , they always refund you if you are not satisfied with the product and I get the refund in my case . Thank you RedMart

Red mart logistic or the packing department should consider packing liquid items in a bag not dam everything in a box. 2 bottles of Persil were spilled inside the packaging.

As prepared, leakage from one of the bottles. Redmart should improve on the packing and handling of goods, should not mix detergent with foodstuff. I separated my purchase of foodstuffs fr this order after reading numerous feedback on leakage. Seems nothing is done to correct this.

Product is good but how all detergents are packed and delivered needs alot of improvement. \nAlmost all of my detergent are leaked. though they were packed with individual plastics in the boxes. \n\nAnd they are packed together with my snacks and food items. Packing is my gripe. All three bottles leaked and got onto the soft packs of facial tissues n box of tea bags. My 3 bottles of wine were also placed on top. So had to wash thoroughly these and outer plastic wraps of the other items. I've not encountered this problem in the past. What changed?

Detergent was dripping from the 3 bottles ordered. Like the detergent but not the handling of the delivery this time. Needs to be improved.

Both bottles of detergent were leaking in the plastic bag. First time having this problem. \nBut the product itself is good. The deliver and /or packaging was bad this time round.

fast delivery and items are clean and new. have been using this with HI washing machine for years. most important it does not leaves powdery substance in the dryer.

Received in good condition. Using the discount voucher so it was a good buy. Best to deliver individual package like this so the delivery man can keep them upright position. Saw some review that the leakage happened when place inside the box and not in upright position.

Delivery was smooth and prompt as scheduled. But packaging needs to be improved. There were leakage on the Percil bottles as they were laid on sides instead of being packed upright.

This isn't the first time I have ordered this product. However, this time the handling is very poor as both bottles were leaking thru the bags they werr wrapped in. What is worse is that tgey were packed in the samw box as my groceries, lying down. The leakage was coated on most of the other items and i had to wipe all of them, including bathing the 2 bottles of detergent!

This is the second time. The packaging is very bad. Items that can leak should be plastic wrapped and put in box with non food items. The washing detergent came leaking that went on to 5kg Atta packet, rice packet, and grapes packet. Other food items are full of detergent.

It’s the second time that the delivery of this laundry detergent is quite lousy. I didn’t complain the first time coz I only ordered one, but this time I cannot let it pass. They even put the biscuit inside the same box. Then the liquid spilled, my biscuits smells like soap. Please next time don’t put food in the box with laundry detergent.
