As such, fresh vegetable is still in cold condition and fresh. Vegetable is fresh and tasty when cooked. Fresh and tender, kept well for a week in the chiller and still fresh. Cut the bigger leaves length-wise into half to cook them evenly, add a splash of soya sauce or mushroom seasoning and you have a plate of healthy greens.
