Been buying this brand of water for years. Go through 2-3 cartons per week. Missed the old cardboard packaging because the current plastic wrap doesn’t protect the product. Must have been stored somewhere dirty because I always wet wipe the cartons upon receiving and the wipes were grey from picking up a lot of dirt on the cartons. For some reason the plastic caps are now very difficult to open. Latest batch has torn wrapping and mysterious blackish liquid on some of the caps under the wrapping! Not sure if there was a leak somewhere and the water got in contact with dirt or something else. Quite disgusting.

Orders deliverd to another resident unit on 10 floor and had to personally go to highest level and comb down level till located the order and to carry transfer via elavator to my residence level. Hope future delivery staff can identify the orders clearly of delivery address.
