Expiry date 30.09.2022. Always find the expiry date for this brand shorter than other brand. Maybe this is how this brand works. But anyhow expiry date is ok. Pocari is a recommended by out family doctor. Been drinking this many many years ago when no one talks about it.

Have been hydrating with Pocari Sweat during my pickleball sessions and they have worked well. Previously, I only drank plain water and felt dizzy in the middle of the sessions. \n\nI like that it’s non-carbonated so it doesn’t go flat and easier to drink vs 100 plus. Also Pocari Sweat edges slightly ahead for electrolyte balance and cleaner ingredients (no preservatives) vs 100 plus. \n\nThe 2l bottles offer better value. As for the sugar content, it’s almost similar with 100 plus and it serves to replenish the body during a workout (I have lost weight despite hydrating with Pocari Sweat).
