Poor packing! Have feedback a few times but no improvement, how can toilet detergent pack with consumable products? Risk of leaking and all consumable products have to throw, wasteful by then.

Item received. Delivery took 3 days. I am able to choose the delivery date and time slot of my choice. Delivery came on time. Delivery fee was abit expensive, but items were packed well without dents or damages.
