Prima unbleached bread flour is the best. My wife has been using it to make sourdough bread. The sourdough bread made with this flour is wonderful. The bread smells so wonderful. Have attached a picture of the bread. Have also attached nutritional info and expiry date photos. Expiry is 01-sept-2027.
