sea salt ..small packs..value for money as one can be opened when needed..Planned to by a big 3kg pack put changed order as the price was nearly the same.\nanyway good to ration intentionally as SODIUM IS BAD FOR HEALTH!!.. use sparingly..as most food has salt in them naturally.. one can get used to eating without salt..or add lemon juice etc as an flavour enhancerPerfect for cooking seafood, Pure and natural ingredient,
