Great value from Haagen daz when on sale. Be prepared that they never come frozen. Often, they are soft .

Ice-cream already melted when delivered. My delivery slot was 11am to 1pm. Deliveryman asked at 9.58am if can deliver as he was nearby. I replied him that my earliest possible timing was 10.30am. He didn’t reply but delivered at around 10.48am. The cooler bag containing the frozen stuff (including the ice-cream) had already sweated. Looked like it was placed outside for some time. When I checked the ice-cream, it had already melted to the extent that I could squeeze the tub easily. The dry ice pack was empty too, meaning it had evaporated. Really upset with this kind of delivery service. Rated 3 star mainly coz the ice-cream was delivered melted.

First time order from Red Mart. Thanks for the fast next day delivery, and all products are well packed.

I love matcha and I love that it’s in form of an ice cream, too. I got this 2 pints on sale.

The product was delivered within the delivery window but was melted a bit. Usually it’s rock hard when delivered.
