delivery person did not follow the instructions to 'call upon arrival'. Gave a lot of excuses and debated with me. They only called after delivery. Left my stuff on dirty floor ..\nbutter was already soft, along with cheese which was bloated like a ballon due to hot air, milk is not cold. They DID NOT EVEN use a proper cooler or ice pack like NTUC fair price does. This is a terrible experience. The customer rep. hang up my phone when I asked for her name. She never called back. rude.
