Put in the fridge and a few hours later took 1 to consume. The ice cream became a mixture lump. Still edible but upset that it became inconvenient to consume and the milk and lime was mixed when it was refrozen.\n\nPackaging for delivery could have been better. The icecream was packed together with other cold/ frozen items in the cooler bag. It was packed to the rim that unable to seal the cooler bag. Plus the packer just dumped all the items in the bag and not arranged properly. Hope redmart can inform or educate their packers to take note and improve packing to properly care for the food.
