😋Taste:great\n 📄Nutritional Value:good gut fiber\n ⏱️Convenience:rolled oats take a bit more time to cook..but great nutrition add on than instant versions...\nAlso good for overnight oats diet..i.e we soak it in milk for next day consumption in the fridge (normal shelf)...Kids love them..but need to be careful that this is rolled oats..natural..and lots of fiber..Or one ca mix it with QuickCook version. there are 3 types: Rolled Oats,Quick CookOats and InstantOats..in declining fiber content and nutritional benefit\n..more for the benefit of daily fiber intake to have good Gut Bacteria. No need special fiber supplemenst if you tak this every day for years..the health benefit is in great..lower cholesterol, better control of diabetes or to prevent onset of it etc. LoW GI food means you have high latency to get hungry again..so eat a Norma portion at 8 a.m one can have full satiety for hours until lunch time at 12 or 1p.m.Delicious and nutritious breakfast option!,
