Bought this previously and one of the two packages is torn at the sides. bought this time and again the same thing happens. i think redmart should improve on the handling of this product during delivery. use a bag to pack instead of handling it in its own packaging. the torn plastic packaging exposed the kitchen rolls within and is not hygienic. the product is good but the handling during packing and shipping is not!

I bought these as an alternative from my regular brand that was getting more expensive every week. These are actually pretty good; the perforations are aligned, there's no lint, and the packaging is clean. They do tend to puncture rather easily, but one can't always have everything, I suppose.\nDelivery was on schedule today, which is always a nice surprise.

my order came with missing items and when I called Red Mart, I was told that the delivery man had done a refund on missing items. I am upset that I was not informed when the delivery was done and the Help Centre can't tell me why the items are missing and that they can't redeliver. I have to order the missing items again. How convenient!!! This is the first time I encounter this problem and it really passed me off. If there are missing items Red Mart should try to do another delivery ....
