I just asked him help to put the boxes inside the door. Just one or two more foot steps away from where he put. As a lady, it is not easy to carry those heavy boxes. Disappointed.

Item is as described and packaging this time is great. Not leaking too. Just a lot of plastic bags used… maybe they can relook at their logistics system to reduce all the packaging materials used?! But thank u for delivery of these heavy items, making it so much more convenient.
