I think they didn't pack or handed my items properly. One of the softener seal was broken but everything else was ok. Thank you for my order.

Fragrance:nice. \n Softness:good.\n value for money and have been using this brand for a while. items were packed in a separate plastic bag and in the same box as my coffee, noodles and can food.

It is ALWAYS like this : food item is packed with toiletries and laundry/cleaning supplies. Packers should be trained NOT to mix and pack food items with non-food items, specially toiletries and cleaning items together.
