Delivery was horrendous. Just placed everything at the front door which caused inconvenience to passers-by as I stay on ground floor. There is a chair and box to place delivery goods, but decided to scatter things around. If not for my neighbour, i would not have known. Also hard to retrieve from the ground as I just gave birth. Please be better.
