Consume brown rice because it is healthy & has low GI. Too bad this brand brown rice cannot be used to mke germinated rice as it is soggy after 12 hours.

This brand of brown rice does not require soaking. Just add a little more water when cooking . It is fluffy and not as coarse as most coarse rice and my children love it ! Keep in the fridge to maintain freshness.
