My fresh milk order wasn’t packed in any chiller bag and left outside my house when clear instruction was given to call me upon arrival. Driver apparently didn’t follow instructions given!

I personally found this milk to be quite thick in texture, prob due to the plant sterols. But I buy this repeated as my MIL likes it and she prefers it to other brands
