First time purchase of Pagoda pure corn flour. Hopefully it doesn't have the chemical odor as in the brand I bought previously which I initially thought was due to prolonged storage. This is a must have ingredient in Chinese cuisine. It is a versatile ingredient not only for stir fry but also desserts, breading and coating for deep fry.
