Items well received. Received earlier than the requested time slot even after confirming via Whatsapp.

I just want to feedback on the delivery service, i did not specific any delivery instruction other then selecting the timeslot for the delivery. Noted that message will be send 15 mins before the delivery reach but who knows they will come on time in 15mins time. I believe that they should at least try to knock or ring the door bell and even call especially no instruction is gice to leave item at doorstep and yet my products are left at the doorsteps and they are heavy and expect my mum, an elderly to carry it back to the house. I very disappointed at the delivery service.
