Forcing and squeezing of cartons of milk, juices, coffee pods into the box have damaged the product packaging and integrity. It is really disappointing that Red Mart packers do not care

Wonder why is this bleach pack together with the food. N it was leaking, as shown in the picture. The box was wet n contaminated as shown in 2nd photo. When I take out the Miso paste, it was smelled of chlorine. So were the packets drinks in the same box.

Nothing wrong with the product but the juice cartons were badly crushed when I opened the box containing them and the rest of the delivery. The box was fine so they must have been crushed in the warehouse or when being packed. Luckily they did not leak. First time I have used Lazada for groceries but now reconsidering if a trip back to the supermarket is better.

its ridiculous that you put laundry softener together with juices. not only does the juice carton get squashed, there is a risk that there may be leakage from the softener. its common sense not to put food together with household/cleaning items. redmart, your service is getting worse.
