The oyster mushrooms arrived fresh and in good condition, with a clean appearance and no unpleasant smell. They had a tender texture after cooking and absorbed the seasoning very well. I used them in a simple stir-fry, and their mild, savoury flavour complemented the other ingredients nicely. The 150g portion is suitable for one dish or a small family meal. Preparation was easy, as they only needed light rinsing and trimming. Overall, these mushrooms are versatile, nutritious and convenient for soups, noodles, hotpot or stir-fries.
