Bought 4 bottles, one plastic bag per bottle, cap not fully tighten, and it was laying sideways in the box. 3 bottles leaked… I have to wash the bottles

Item received in bad condition. There detergent leaked badly as they were all placed in horizontal position which caused leakage. Messy. Lots of detergent leak out. Wasted. Packaging was handled badly.

Poor packaging. Lazada Redmart should know that they cannot stack up the laundry detergent downwards, this will leaks. There are other food item in this box too. I have to wash all the item with water

Please do check out properly before packing..Boths detergent leaking..though there is a plastic wrap but is such a waste soap.Fyi pls do take note do always tighten the bottle.Thanks

Who ever did the packing did a terrible job! Why pack a big detergent bottle lying down inside a box? Yes it was packed in a plastic bag but the detergent was leaking all over inside the plastic bag that when we offloaded it on the floor, the detergent also leaked on our floor. Best part, detergent and other cleaning stuff was put in the same box with the fresh milk and other food items!

I ordered 3 packets rice and 3 bottles detergents, the items delivered in 2 boxes. They put rice and detergents in same box and one of the bottles leaks on two packets of rice. Bad handling of goods.

overall still good service but they have to double check the detergent bottle cap whether tighten up before send it out mostly this problem is the detergent bottle cap not really tighten so that when received will be leaks out so far so good still good thanks redmart ar.
