This garlic powder is one of the seasonings I use very often because it is so convenient and versatile. I add it to many different dishes, including steak, fried rice, scrambled eggs, pasta and other simple home-cooked meals. It gives a nice garlic flavour without having to peel and chop fresh garlic every time. A small amount already adds plenty of aroma and taste.
