Horrible packing.. placed in all the boxes with food products. Even if they are packed in a plastic before the box, they can leak, people! Created a mess in my doorway. Please separate food and cleaning detergent before you poison someone.

A reputable house cleaning brand. We’ve had no issues with the cleaner but the spray bottle itself could be improved. The spray sometimes drips from the nozzle onto the sprayer’s hand.

The products may be good, but my impression was marred by very poor packing. The liquid had spilled and messed up the bottles and the plastic bags and the carbon that contained them.

Received leaking.. like 20ml of it at the bottom of the plastic bag. At least they pack it separately in a plastic bag but it wasn't tied.. lucky the leakage didn't spill out onto the rest of my orders in the box. Item wise is good, have been repurchasing, it can clear bathroom floor soap scum well.

One of the bottles was not closed properly resulting in spillage (quite a fair bit came out) - thanks to the delivery guy who opened the package for me when he realized the bottom of the package was wet. He was very helpful in suggesting a return but upon inspection it wasn’t a crack in the bottle so I kept the bottle. I wish all delivery staff was like him. Well done and I appreciate it!

Received the bottle in a plastic bag filled with part of the contents that had escaped from the bottle. The cap was not property tighten, that caused half of the liquid to flow out from the bottle. Poor handling.

Delivery instructor was to call upon arrival but the delivery person just leave all item outside my unit. I only realised the delivery was done when the email came in. The box was put upside down and this spray was leaking
