There is no milky taste, or to be precise, almost no taste at all. The main flavor is the light citrusiness often found in cheese, combined with slight bitterness from the rind. The texture is very smooth from high fat content. Overall it feels like chewing a soft, flavorless eraser...maybe I'm not a person for natural cheese after all.\n

Made brie en croute for Xmas dinner. It didn’t melt and became goooey as expected , will get the triple cream ones next time. Else , taste is fine and creamy still.

Smooth texture, this is a good brand from France. Fair price \nAfter cutting open and i would say it’s not what it should be like for a normal Brie… disappointed actually even for this price range . Easy to eat, it’s on a salty side. Felt like fake cheese, rubbery texture.
