bought 2 packets of the cheese just 2 weeks ago , but both packets are moldy when I intend to use for baking. the use by date is 12/04/2024. Refund is not possible because it has passed the date of refund. I think I will buy from other super market, as least I can check before buying

Love this shredded cheese for a lot of different dishes for a quick cheese sandwich to baked rice or baked pasta.

Grab this together with other items from red mart. The expiry is very short, one month only. Eventhough cheaper than outside store but still A bit upset.
