Schedule 7-9pm for delivery as no one is home but delivery came at 5.37pm (according to my door camera). left my cold stuff outside my door till I came home at 7.30pm. He place 2 \"ice water\" pad which already melt to cold water when I reach home. Chocolate already soft and bending. Cheese stick also very soft and it is intending for my baby. Terrible.

delivery supposed to be 2-8pm but received only at around 10.45pm. Milk not chill at all and all frozen products were melted. did not consume the product. RedMark did a refund for all affected products. will still buy my groceries from them. hope they improve on their delivery schedules especially on the chilled n frozen products.
