if you must really know, the mutton fat in the package was a bit too much. You are selling mutton flesh not mutton fat. Besides it's unhealthy to promote this kind of quality to your consumers

Bought a few times to make mutton rendang. Quality so so for the price. Frozen in cubes but when thawed, the cut isn’t as good as meat will become smaller pieces
