We have bought this sausage regularly for my cafeteria. And we have kept it at the freezer (-17 degree celcius). Even if it’s expiry date is far away , today we found some sausage’s color look spoiled. Is it normal? We are afraid of selling food which may occur the food poison. Please check this photo well. Our freezer have never been blacked out since opening this shop last year.It’s the expiry date is 25 March 2025. I want to know how have you kept them.
