Not the first time buying Epitex's product. Item is good and delivery is fast as usual. I have their normal wateproof mattress protector. Bought the cooling one this time. Just put it on my bed for a night. Hope it really helps to keep cool. Material wise, it's good. The sides are mesh kind of material.

Got it during flash sale so price is good. Came in about 3 or 4 days after order date so delivery ok. Quality of cloth is as expected but I haven't try it yet so I can't describe the feel during sleep or comment further.

Items were well packaged and delivery was earlier than expected. However, not as easy to use as the mattress protectors were rather elastic and had to be stretched out before one could identify which sides of the bed they were meant for. Also noticed some stains on the unused mattress protectors. Attempted to contact seller about the defect and was told that they would come back to me - it has been over 10 days and there has been no further update.

Items well packed and delivered. Thought it’s waterproof material on all sides as seen in Q&A, instead only the top is waterproof, the sides and bottom is mesh material, and it’s kind of hard to find the corners.

The protector is a perfect fit and the top surface really feels cool to the touch. It is also machine washable.
