Bought a carton of 12 one-litre packets of Cowhead Lactose-Free Milk. The first two packets were fine, but the third packet leaked after I placed it in the fridge, causing milk to spill inside.\n\nAs the packets are consumed gradually, it is not reasonable to expect a customer to open or finish all 12 packets within a short refund period just to check whether any are defective. Unfortunately, the Lazada chatbot did not allow me to request a refund for the one damaged packet.\n\nI hope the seller will check the packaging and handling more carefully.

New to this brand and am trying out this lactose-free milk. Delivered in very good condition. Very good packaging plus good delivery staff. Milk has more than half a year before expiry date. Will try and see if this lactose-free is really good

This round of milk is very jialak, bought 12 packs and almost 6 packs are not sealed properly and leak. Some with the top is not sealed. Very disappointed.

I have been drinking this milk from Australia for quite some time. I usually buy it at NTUC FairPrice. I discovered that it is available at RedMart. It is for lactose intolerant people like me to enjoy fresh milk. It cost a little more than regular dairy free. This Cowhead milk is great. Highly recommended.
