First time trying Fuzhou fish ball. Apparently, it is my husband's favorite type of fish ball which he ate since young. The chicken filling is savoury and juicy. The fish ball texture, smooth and bouncy.

Satisfyingly chewy texture, a delight to eat. Request purchase. Tastier than the other available brand at Redmart. Versatile ingredient whether in soup or part of a noodle/ pasta (fusion) soup.

Fish balls taste fresh, can see that each fish ball is fat and large. They taste juicy once cooked. Expiry date is not long but given their freshness, it is still worth to try.
