Received the small sago in good condition. Cooked for about 10 mins in boiling water with constant stirring, the sago was cooked in perfection, didn't clamp together. Washed a couple of times with cold water and you get nice sago to go with dessert or drink.

Maybe next time redmart need to give instruction on how to cook it. I need to google how to cook one but turns out the time needed was different it end up clumpy (while I needed them to be separated.) But the product tastes nice still.
