I soaked in water and it expanded out. the size is just nice and texture perfect for making my favorite 凉拌！ just boil in some salted water, take out and put into a container with seasoning like soy sauce (I use high grade one), brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, white pepper, and some cooking wine. delicious!

Quality of the products purchased good, except frozen items due to exceeded 2hrs delivery time line, extended another 1 hour, seafood almost defrosted and frozen fruits soften. Hopefully still eatable... \n\nSeller please take note, prioritise delivery for customer whom purchase quite a numbers of frozen food than regular non frozen items.
