The detergent were placed flat instead of upright. around the 2 bottles leaked quite a bit when I opened the carton. Luckily, they were wrapped in a plastic bag so the leak was not a real mess. Pls improve on packing as this type of bottle is not tightly sealed.

the detergent leaked due to the packing when the packer put into the box oy 3 quarter ofiquid left. . this was the 3rd time despite the complaint on the packing.

tried the refill pack thus bought the bottle detergent, less hassle. nice fragrance. items was packed neatly in a carton box but the cap wasn't taped, fortunately it was closed tightly, no spillage. thks to the logistics team.
