Repeat purchase. There was a tear near the bottom of the packaging. This was not obvious upon arrival as the product was frozen. When it was defrosted, the liquid leaked all over the fridge.

Received item and kept it in freezer on 10 Feb 2022 until my dismay to note the potentially contaminated and torn package on 3 Mar 2022 when I am defrosting it for consumption for the first time. I am unable to seek refund as it is pasted the 7 days refund / return process. The handling is unacceptable as my other milk order was torn & leaking as well.\n\nUnable to upload the video, maybe format issue, sent the video to my other phone & took a video of it.
