Never purchase frozen items from Redmart. \nDelivery supposed to be 0800-1400 but frozen items arrived early at 0600 and there isn’t any notification until point of delivery. Despite in the cooler bag which is not properly sealed, items became soft and liquid. After shopping many times with Redmart, this is a very bad experience and disappointment.

This brand of Japanese ice cream taste very nice and this is already my 3rd purchase.\nBut upon delivery, 5 cups of ice cream all almost fully melted.Melten into smoothie texture.\nAlready refunded.\n\nI took those pictures because I have to show the texture to trigger a refund.\n
