No call was made before delivery despite the remarks indicated and door bell was not rang. Also detergent and softners were mixed up with edible goods in 2 boxes, packer could have packed all the detergents in one box and the other edible goods in the other instead.\nA used tissue was also found in one of the plastic bags, special care should be made especially in such times to ensure this does not happen again.
