Bought these not for shabu shabu but to marinate n then stir fry. i cant slice that thin with a knife. if frozen n slice it is tedious. Better to buy a tray of this meat.

These chicken wings are easy to cook, just airfry for 10 minutes using 200deg C. Very tasty and go well with Singlong chilli chinchalok or tabasco.

have been getting this iberico pork..but not sure why this round, the meat don't look fresh and also not as tasty..use it for hotpot on the day it delivered

Taste ok. Disappointed that it came thawed, so I had to eat it on same day. Strangely all my other frozen foodstuff including ice cream are still frozen.

Surprised to receive the pork in very frozen state. Initially I was afraid it would have been melted a bit.

While the meat flavour is fine, the slices are too thin, almost tissue thin. They should be slightly thicker for a more satisfying mouth feel. Good price for iberico though.

decent. iberico pork collar is far tenderer and juicier than common pork collar.
