this is terrible. I found a hole on the bag of rice which came out into the delivery box. This is unhygienic. \n\nnot to mention, the delivery person did not even ring the door bell.

Have been eating this authentic Thai Song He noble brown rice for years. Unlike other seller who sells this rice with no response, Red Mart is trustworthy and delivers promptly at 2 pm although it states delivery till 8 pm. The delivery man is really thoughtful and rings the doorbell. The expiry date is long as seen from the attached photograph. It is definitely fresh stock and comes in a vacuum pack for easy storage. It is easy to cook and does not need prior soaking.

The pack of rice was packed with the clorox and bathroom cleaners. Unfortunately the clorox leaked thro the cap. Contaminating the packaging, though did not go through the c rice. Leaked through the box. In future please pack food items separately from non food items.

Have mistakenly bought a 5kg instead of 1kg Songhe Noble Brown rice. Expiry date is Jan 2024. Have received the 5kg rice today with some tear at the tip of the bag. Nevertheless will accept it as the bag was possibly torn during packing/delivery.
