Deliver was fast. First time buying this. Yet to try. List redmart’s house brand.

Delivery was horrible. The box was very dented and common sense would tell you that having a heavy bottle in the box, it would just roll around and crush everything inside. The bottle of oil was dented, luckily there was no breakage and leakage. Delivery came late. I can understand due to rain. But no calls were made to notify us. We were out and my kids were sleeping. We came home at 11pm to see my frozen stuff just sitting on my shoe rack. Imagine if we were at home the whole night, the food would be left out till the next morning before someone would discover it.

One of the 3 bottles was not capped securely and there was some oil leaking in the carton, upon delivery.

There was an oil spot in the redmart delivery box...not sure if it was from this redmart canola oil or the borges olive oil. Anyway small clean up and all good now.

Great that delivery guy tried calling and he texted. but he could left it in front of the door instead of trying to put it on my shoe rack. 😅even though the note says shoe rack. but thanks anyway.

the bottle of oil leaked very badly when I received it it was dripping. could you tape the top or place it in a plastic bag for my future orders?

Product is ok but more thought can be put into the packing. In the recent Redmart delivery, my food items were packed in the same box as car shampoo, detergent etc. Hope Redmart packing team does not repeat this in future.

The actual product is good. Unfortunately the bottle was bashed and oil was leaking out. Lazada nicely issued the refund immediately.
