Like this Riceberry black rice very much. Unlike other wholegrain rice, the grains are smaller and less chewy. Cooked it with a quarter of white rice for nicer texture.

Good. As expected of this red/black rice. There is this \"pop\" in the grains when you eat it and cook it properly and I like it. Sometimes, we mix with other rice to gain a mixed texture. Healthy and nutritious. Enjoyable with soups too! Will repurchase.
